30-day returns

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to start a return

Email us at direction@wewebfrance.fr or use our contact form with your order number. We will send you instructions for returning your item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, opened filament packs cannot be returned unless defective.
