Shipping policy

This policy applies to orders placed on www.vexora-printer.com, operated by Weweb Agency SAS (trade name Vexora).

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Printers shipped from our US warehouse are processed within 1 business day.

US warehouse: printers that ship from our US warehouse are delivered in 2–4 business days after processing, so 3–5 business days from order to delivery. The product page shows when an item ships from our US warehouse.
Standard shipping: other items ship from our supplier's warehouse in China and are delivered in 7–14 business days after processing.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays.

Free shipping on orders over $35. A flat rate of $4.99 applies to orders below this threshold.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply upon delivery.

The free starter material included with a 3D printer (PLA starter pack or resin bottle) may ship in a separate package from the printer.

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at direction@wewebfrance.fr and we will investigate with the carrier.
