SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Printers shipped from our US warehouse are processed within 1 business day.

Shipping Times
Standard shipping: 7-14 business days
US warehouse: printers that ship from our US warehouse are delivered in 2-4 business days after processing, so 3-5 business days from order to delivery. The product page shows when an item ships from our US warehouse.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays.

Shipping Rates
Free shipping on orders over $35. A flat rate of $4.99 applies to orders below this threshold.

International Orders
We currently ship to the United States. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply upon delivery, in accordance with their country's regulations.

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at s.sansal@wewebfrance.fr and we will investigate with the carrier.
