1. Who we are

This website, www.vexora-printer.com, is operated under the trade name Vexora by Weweb Agency SAS, a company registered in France (RCS Créteil 884 838 905, SIRET 884 838 905 00013), registered office 21 Allée des Effes, 94260 Fresnes, France. Email: direction@wewebfrance.fr. Phone: +33 7 67 53 59 55. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "Vexora" mean Weweb Agency SAS.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, our Shipping Policy and our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Products

Product names shown on this website (for example "Neo Craft 3D Spark Color") are names Vexora uses for its catalog. The products are made by third-party manufacturers, whose own brand may appear on the product, its screen and its packaging. Specifications are the manufacturer's published ratings; maximum speeds are not typical print speeds. Lifestyle images are illustrations: the product, its specifications and what is included are described in the text of each product page.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Shipping costs are shown at checkout. We may correct an obvious pricing error, even after an order has been placed; if we do, we will contact you and you may cancel the order for a full refund. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's secure checkout.

5. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of suspected fraud, a pricing error or an item that is no longer available; any payment taken for a cancelled order is refunded in full.

6. Shipping

We ship to addresses in the United States. Processing and delivery times, shipping rates and customs duties are described in our Shipping Policy.

7. Free starter material

With each 3D printer you buy, we include starter material at no extra cost: a PLA starter pack (10 colors × 10 m of 1.75 mm PLA) with FDM printers, or a 500 g bottle of standard 405 nm UV resin with resin printers. It may ship in a separate package. The product page shows whether this offer applies when you order.

8. Returns, refunds and defects

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. If an item arrives damaged or defective, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it in full at no cost to you. Details are in our Return & Refund Policy. We do not provide a separate written warranty of our own. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the law that applies to you.

9. Intellectual property

The texts, layout and visuals created for this website belong to Weweb Agency or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission. Third-party brand names are trademarks of their respective owners.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or of the products. This does not exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your place of residence.
