Frequently asked questions
Resin or FDM: which should I choose?
Resin captures much finer detail, which is why it is popular for miniatures and figures. FDM is cleaner to handle, cheaper to run and better for larger functional parts. Compare all printers.
What safety precautions does resin printing need?
Liquid resin is a skin and eye irritant. Wear nitrile gloves and eye protection, work in a well-ventilated room, keep resin away from children and pets, and follow the safety data sheet of the resin you use. Keep wearing gloves until prints are washed and fully cured. Never pour uncured resin or used cleaning liquid down the drain.
Do I need a wash & cure station?
Every resin print needs to be washed and then UV-cured. You can do it by hand, but a station like the Finish Pro+ combines both steps in one unit.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and ship from our fulfillment partner in China to US addresses only. Delivery then takes 7–14 business days, so plan on 8–16 business days from order to doorstep. You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships. Our shipping policy states that import duties or fees, if any apply, are paid by the customer. Read the shipping policy.
Can I return it?
Yes. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery; return shipping is paid by the customer. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after we receive the return. Opened filament can't be returned unless defective. Read the return policy.
Is there a warranty?
We don't provide a written warranty of our own. Here's what we commit to: if your order arrives damaged or defective, tell us within 7 days of delivery (photos help) and we'll replace it or refund it in full, at no cost to you. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Questions about a specific issue? Contact us.
