Frequently asked questions
Is it a good first 3D printer?
It is a simple, low-cost way to learn the basics on small PLA parts. Bed leveling is manual and printing is slow (up to 40 mm/s), so if you want larger or faster prints with automatic leveling, look at the Nova X3. Compare our printers.
How big can my prints be?
Up to 100 × 100 × 100 mm (3.9 × 3.9 × 3.9 in), in 1.75 mm PLA or TPU filament.
Which software do I use?
Slice your models with Easyware or Cura, save the G-code file to a TF (microSD) card, and print from the card. The printer can also be connected by USB. It has no Wi-Fi or Bluetooth.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and ship from our fulfillment partner in China to US addresses only. Delivery then takes 7–14 business days, so plan on 8–16 business days from order to doorstep. You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships. Our shipping policy states that import duties or fees, if any apply, are paid by the customer. Read the shipping policy.
Can I return it?
Yes. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery; return shipping is paid by the customer. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after we receive the return. Opened filament can't be returned unless defective. Read the return policy.
Is there a warranty?
We don't provide a written warranty of our own. Here's what we commit to: if your order arrives damaged or defective, tell us within 7 days of delivery (photos help) and we'll replace it or refund it in full, at no cost to you.
