Frequently asked questions
Which materials can it print?
PLA, PETG, TPU, ABS and ASA. The hotend reaches up to 320 °C (608 °F). TPU should be printed directly rather than through the multicolor system.
Can I monitor prints remotely?
Yes. A built-in camera, remote monitoring, filament detection, AI spaghetti detection and power-loss recovery help you keep long prints on track.
How is it different from the Creator X4 Color?
The Apex Pro Color is enclosed, uses a CoreXY motion system and has a 320 °C (608 °F) hotend, so it handles ABS and ASA. The Creator X4 Color costs less and has a slightly larger build volume. Compare all printers.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and ship from our fulfillment partner in China to US addresses only. Delivery then takes 7–14 business days, so plan on 8–16 business days from order to doorstep. You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships. Yes. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery; return shipping is paid by the customer. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after we receive the return. Opened filament can't be returned unless defective. Read the return policy.
