How is a multi-toolhead printer different from a filament switcher?
A filament switcher feeds several filaments through one nozzle and purges filament at each change. A multi-toolhead printer like the Fusion Multi parks one toolhead and picks up another, so each color or material has its own nozzle.
How long does delivery take?
This printer ships from a warehouse in the United States, to US addresses only. Orders are processed within 1 business day and delivered in 2–4 business days, so plan on 3–5 business days from order to doorstep. You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships. Read the shipping policy.
Can I return it?
Yes. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery; return shipping is paid by the customer. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after we receive the return. Opened filament can't be returned unless defective. Read the return policy.
Is there a warranty?
We don't provide a written warranty of our own. Here's what we commit to: if your order arrives damaged or defective, tell us within 7 days of delivery (photos help) and we'll replace it or refund it in full, at no cost to you.
